Gurkha Thali

Gurkha thali is a popular Nepalese cuisine that comprises a variety of food-based upon ethnicity and cultural diversity of Nepal which is eaten throughout the country every day, consists of basmati rice, chicken or lamb or fish or paneer (veg option) curry, stir-fried fresh spinach, potato and bamboo shoots curry, yellow dal, spicy pickle, and salad.
