A culinary celebration of Nepal’s rich Newari heritage, this traditional Gurkha thali is artfully served on an authentic brass plate, showcasing a vibrant harmony of flavours, textures, and colours. Each element on the platter is thoughtfully prepared to reflect the soul of Newari home-style comforting cooking and consists of basmati rice, a choice of curry (Chicken, Lamb, Fish, or Paneer), stir-fried spinach, potato curry, bamboo shoot curry, yellow lentil dal, spicy pickle chutney, and fresh salad.
Vegetarian options include an additional seasonal vegetable curry in place of the meat.
